We sell only the best venison from animals shot as part of a careful management programme.

All our venison is prepared in our commercial kitchen in Swanage.

We can prepare any quantity of meat you might need in any way you want. Whole animals, large joints, roasts, steaks, cubed, minced or sausages are all available.

Please note that due to exceptional demand we’re are currently only accepting regular orders of at least £100 value – please email us your requirements.


Prices can vary slightly with the season, as a guide....

A whole carcass with the hide left on will cost £5 a kilo

A whole carcass with the hide removed will cost £6 a kilo

Sausages, Cubed or minced meat will cost £10 a kilo

Whole shoulder will cost £10 a kilo

Whole haunches will cost £14 a kilo

Haunch steaks will cost £18 a kilo

Loin Steaks will cost £30 a kilo

Whole fillet will cost £40 a kilo when available

Organic tanned deer skins from £60
